Official Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Foundoria New Year Giveaway. By entering, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before participating.

The Giveaway

Foundoria is giving away three rings to three lucky winners. Each winner will receive their choice of any ring from our collections, including CERVUS, CELESTIUM, WELDWOOD, and TUNGRA.

30th January 2026
Draw 3 — 1 winner

Entries remain valid for all three draws. Enter once and you're automatically included in every draw.

Eligibility

To enter, you must:

  • Be a resident of the United Kingdom or United States
  • Be 18 years of age or older
  • Have an Instagram account
  • Follow @foundoria on Instagram

Employees of Foundoria and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

How to Enter

To enter the giveaway:

  • Follow @foundoria on Instagram
  • Like the giveaway post
  • Comment on the post with your favourite collection and tag a friend

One entry per person. Multiple comments will not increase your chances of winning.

The Prize

Each of the three winners will receive:

  • One ring of their choice from any Foundoria collection
  • Free shipping to their delivery address (UK or US).  Shipping to the US is inclusive of custom duties and import taxes.

Please Note: Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit. 

Winner Selection

Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received before each draw date. To be eligible, you must be following @foundoria at the time of the draw.

Winner Notification

Winners will be announced on our Instagram Stories and contacted via Instagram Direct Message within 48 hours of each draw. Winners must respond within 7 days to claim their prize, providing their ring choice, size, and shipping address. If a winner does not respond within 7 days, a replacement winner will be selected.

General Terms

  • This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta.
  • Foundoria reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the giveaway at any time if circumstances arise outside of our control.
  • Foundoria reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these terms.
  • By entering, you grant Foundoria permission to use your Instagram username in winner announcements.
  • Any personal information collected will be used solely for the purposes of administering this giveaway and will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
