Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we offer complimentary worldwide express shipping on orders over £100.  For all other orders, discounted shipping costs will be added at checkout.  International order shipping includes all applicable taxes, customs duties, tariffs, and any potential surcharges. How long will it take to get my order?

It depends on where you are. UK orders will typically take 2-5 days.  Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

PLACING MY ORDER

Can I cancel or amend my order?

Once confirmed, we begin processing your order right away, which means we're unable to:

  • Cancel your order
  • Change the delivery address

We appreciate your understanding.  Although changes are not possible after placing your order, you can start a return or exchange after your order has been delivered. Please read our returns policy

How will my order be packaged?

All orders — with the exception of standalone silicone band orders — are presented in our signature eco‑luxury packaging, designed to protect your purchase and enhance the unboxing experience.


What communication will I receive regarding my order?

  • Order Confirmation — sent shortly after you place your order.

  • Dispatch Notification — sent once your order has been shipped.

  • Review Invitation — sent after delivery, giving you the opportunity to share feedback on your purchase.

WARRANTY

Does my Foundoria ring come with a warranty?

Yes. Every Foundoria ring is covered by our limited lifetime warranty, with free replacement provided where applicable.

Coverage:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.

  • Structural integrity of the tungsten carbide band under normal wear.

  • Finish and polish retention — excluding natural micro‑abrasions from daily use.

The warranty applies for the lifetime of the original purchaser, beginning on the date of purchase. It is non‑transferable.

Proof of Purchase: Please retain your original proof of purchase, or ensure it is passed on if the ring is given as a gift. This document is required to process any warranty claim.

How to Claim: If you believe your ring qualifies for a replacement under warranty, please contact our team at support@foundoria.co.uk.

This warranty is offered in addition to your statutory rights under consumer law. For further details on your legal rights, please contact your local consumer advice service.
