Refund policy

We want you to be completely happy with your Foundoria ring. If for any reason you're not, we offer a simple 30-day returns policy.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • You may return your item(s) within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging, including any presentation boxes, pouches, and documentation.


2. Condition of Returned Items

  • Returned products must be free from signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


3. How to Return an Item (UK Customers)

  1. Contact Us — Email returns@foundoria.co.uk with your order number, item details, and reason for return.

  2. Receive Your Returns Authorisation — We'll confirm eligibility and send you a prepaid return label within 24 hours.

  3. Package Securely — Pack your ring securely in its original box and attach the label.

  4. Ship the Item — Drop the parcel at any Post Office or Royal Mail collection point.


4. Refunds

  • Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


5. Exchanges & Resizing

To get your size right first time, we recommend requesting a free ring sizer or visiting a local jeweller for a professional measurement before ordering. This is especially important for international customers where exchanges involve return postage.


UK Customers

  • If your ring doesn't fit, we'll exchange it for the correct size at no extra cost. Email returns@foundoria.co.uk with your order number and the size you need. We'll send a prepaid return label and dispatch your replacement once we receive the original.

  • For a different style, follow the standard returns process above and place a new order.


International Customers

  • We're happy to exchange your ring for a different size. To keep things fair and sustainable for a small independent brand, the following costs apply:

  • Return shipping to us: Your responsibility. Please use a tracked service — we cannot process exchanges without proof of postage.

  • Replacement shipping to you: We'll send your replacement ring via standard international tracked post at no charge. We declare all replacement items at zero commercial value — no new sale has taken place — so no additional VAT or import duties should be due on arrival.


6. Faulty or Incorrect Items

Every Foundoria ring is personally inspected before dispatch. In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at returns@foundoria.co.uk.


To raise a faulty or incorrect item claim, you must provide:

  • Clear photographs of the fault or damage

  • Your order number


Once reviewed and confirmed, we'll arrange a replacement or full refund and cover return postage costs in full.


Please note: if you have ordered an incorrect size, this falls under our standard exchange policy (see Section 5) and is not covered under faulty item terms. If you are unsure of your size before ordering, we recommend requesting a free ring sizer.


7. International Returns

We accept returns from international customers within 30 days of delivery. The return window is calculated from when you receive your ring — as long as your return is posted within 30 days (confirmed by tracking), you're covered regardless of how long it takes to reach us.


Get your size right first time. Before ordering, we recommend requesting a free ring sizer — a small physical tool posted directly to you at no cost. This avoids the need for an exchange entirely and is especially useful for international customers where return logistics can be more complex.


Important: International return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide prepaid return labels for international orders. Please use a tracked postal service — we cannot process returns without proof of postage.


How to Return (International)

  1. Email us at returns@foundoria.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Pack your ring securely in its original Foundoria box.

  3. Send it to our UK address using any tracked postal service at your cost.

  4. Reply to our email with your tracking number and a photo of your postage receipt.


Customs Declarations

When posting your return, please mark the package as "Returned Goods — Unwanted" and declare the original purchase value. Including a copy of your order confirmation can help clear customs more quickly. Any import duties or taxes incurred on returned goods are the responsibility of the sender.


International Resizing

For size exchanges, please see Section 5 above. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. We declare all replacement items at zero commercial value, so no additional VAT or duties should be due on arrival of your replacement ring.


8. European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Return shipping costs for EU cooling-off period returns are the responsibility of the customer.
