All international orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. This means all import duties and local taxes are handled on your behalf before your parcel arrives — you won't be asked to pay anything at the door. The price you see is the price you pay.
Whilst all import duties and local taxes are fully covered by us upfront, EU customs authorities also require the personal Tax Identification Number and phone number of the recipient in order to process and release international shipments into the EU.
You will be asked to provide these at checkout:
Tax Identification Number — NIE or NIF (Spain), Codice Fiscale (Italy), NIF (Portugal), Numéro Fiscal (France), Steuer-ID (Germany), BSN (Netherlands), or your country's equivalent
Phone number — required by customs authorities to contact you if needed during the clearance process
