Applies To: All Foundoria rings purchased directly from Foundoria or authorised retailers.

Our Commitment

At Foundoria, every ring is crafted to endure — from the precision of our tungsten carbide and titanium alloys to the intentional detailing that defines our designs. We stand behind this craftsmanship with our Lifetime Warranty, ensuring your ring remains as exceptional as the day you received it.

Coverage

This warranty covers:

Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.
Structural integrity of the ring band (tungsten carbide or titanium) under normal wear.
Inlay separation occurring during normal, everyday wear in accordance with our care guidelines.
Finish and polish retention — excluding natural micro-abrasions from daily use or normal patina development in natural inlay materials.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorised alterations.
Loss, theft, or cosmetic changes from normal wear (e.g., surface scratches on titanium, natural patina on meteorite).
Rings resized, modified, or repaired by non-authorised jewellers.
Damage to natural inlays (wood, deer antler, meteorite) resulting from failure to follow our Ring Care Guide, including but not limited to: moisture damage from showering, swimming, or prolonged water exposure; chemical damage from cleaning products, chlorine, or hand sanitisers; damage from extreme temperatures; or degradation of the electrophoresis coating on meteorite inlays due to improper care.
Inlays, plating, or decorative elements affected by chemicals, extreme environments, or improper care.
Damage resulting from high-impact activities where the use of an ENDURA silicone band is recommended.

Duration

The warranty applies for the lifetime of the original purchaser, beginning on the date of purchase. It is non-transferable.

Remedy

If a defect covered by this warranty is found:

Foundoria will, at its discretion, repair or replace the ring with the same or comparable style.
If the original style is discontinued, a ring of equal value will be offered.
Shipping and handling fees may apply.

Claim Process

To make a claim:

Contact Foundoria Customer Care at support@foundoria.co.uk.
Provide your order number* and clear photographs of the issue.
Return the ring to Foundoria in its original packaging.

*Your order number can be found on your order confirmation email or on the physical packing slip (e.g. #1000)

Care Recommendations

Proper care is essential to preserving your ring's beauty and maintaining warranty coverage. Please read our full Ring Care Guide for detailed instructions specific to your ring type. In summary:

Remove your ring before showering, swimming, washing dishes, or any prolonged water exposure — particularly important for rings with natural inlays.
Avoid exposure to harsh chemicals, chlorine, and alcohol-based hand sanitisers.
Do not use ultrasonic cleaners or abrasive materials.
Clean with a soft, dry microfiber cloth. Use mild soap and water sparingly on plain tungsten or titanium bands only.
Store in its Foundoria box when not worn, away from humidity.
Use your complimentary ENDURA silicone band for high-impact activities, sports, and manual labour.
For meteorite inlay rings: apply a thin layer of Renaissance Wax every 6–12 months as supplementary protection over the electrophoresis coating applied during manufacture. This helps preserve the e-coat and extend the life of your meteorite inlay.

Damage resulting from failure to follow these care recommendations is not covered under this warranty. If you are unsure how to care for your specific ring, please contact us at support@foundoria.co.uk before an issue arises.

An absolutely stunning ring, my son loves it.

Love it. Was slightly concerned before I bought the ring as it seemed a pretty cheap price for what it was, but turns out the quality is superb. Well packaged, quick delivery. Overall can't fault the company.

I bought the Strung-Coffee Tungsten with Guitar String ring from Foundoria as a tribute to my father-in-law, a man who spent most of his life with a musical instrument in his hands and, I suspect, a tune permanently stuck in his head. If there was a guitar within a 50-mile radius, he would find it, tune it, and probably improve the evening for everyone in the room.

So when I saw a ring with an actual guitar string running through it, it felt less like buying jewellery and more like buying a tiny wearable concert.

The ring itself is fantastic. The tungsten has that reassuring “I could probably survive a small meteor strike” weight to it, and the coffee-coloured finish gives it a classy look without screaming “rock star trying too hard.” Then there’s the guitar string inside, which is such a brilliant touch that every time I look at it I half expect it to start playing a blues riff.

It’s subtle enough that most people don’t notice it at first… and then when they do, they lean in closer like they’ve discovered some secret Easter egg.

But the best part is the meaning behind it. Wearing it feels like carrying a little reminder of my father-in-law’s lifelong soundtrack — the countless songs, late-night strumming sessions, and the general belief that life is better when someone picks up a guitar.

In short:

I recently bought the Aurin-Black Tungsten Ring with Rose Gold and I must say, it’s dangerously good-looking.

The ring itself is absolutely beautiful — the black tungsten with the rose gold detail looks fantastic. It fits perfectly too, which is impressive considering my previous attempt at measuring my finger involved a bit of string, a ruler, and a strong sense of optimism.

Customer service was spot on — quick, friendly, and actually helpful (which in today’s world almost deserves a medal).

The only downside is that I now seem to spend a surprising amount of time admiring my own hand like a Victorian aristocrat who’s just discovered jewellery. If you catch me casually resting my hand on tables so the ring is visible… no you didn’t.

All in all, I’m absolutely chuffed with it. Lovely ring, great service, and I’d happily recommend Foundoris to anyone looking for something that makes their hand look significantly more sophisticated than the rest of them.
