We stand behind this craftsmanship with our Limited Lifetime Warranty, ensuring your ring remains as exceptional as the day you received it.
Coverage
This warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.
- Structural integrity of the tungsten carbide band under normal wear.
- Finish and polish retention — excluding natural micro‑abrasions from daily use.
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorised alterations.
- Loss, theft, or cosmetic changes from normal wear (e.g., scratches, dents).
- Rings resized, modified, or repaired by non‑authorised jewellers.
- Inlays, plating, or decorative elements affected by chemicals, extreme environments, or improper care.
Duration
The warranty applies for the lifetime of the original purchaser, beginning on the date of purchase. It is non‑transferable.
Remedy
If a defect covered by this warranty is found:
- Foundoria will, at its discretion, repair or replace the ring with the same or comparable style.
- If the original style is discontinued, a ring of equal value will be offered.
- Shipping and handling fees may apply.

- Provide proof of purchase and clear photographs of the issue.
- Return the ring to Foundoria in its original packaging.
